GREAT PLACE. Been there twice and going again Labor Day. A great family place friendly place. I have always dealt with Jennifer on the phone, my husband does check in . She is very friendly and great to deal with. My only regret is I have to come home

My family and I just spent 3 days there. Friendly folks, nice size lots, park showers/restrooms clean. I loved that my grandkids could swim right at our site. Will definitely go again

Jim and Jennie are amazing! Great place to bring the family and awesome place to go crappie fishing. Fishing, cleaning station, Camping, Rv and all the extras. Said they will be getting either kayaks or paddle boats soon! Excited for that and can't wait! Thanks guys!

Peaceful and relaxing. Good swimming area for the kids to swim.

We keep our boat here. We are there often. Everyone is always pleasant and the view of the lake is wonderful.

I love it there. Hoping when I go back I can stay for the rest of my life. Everyone seems like we are all family. The owners are wonderful people. Great place for swimming and fishing and going out in my daughter & her hubbys boat for the day. If you're looking for a safe and fun place, look no further ITS HERE. 💯❤️

Hooked the largest crappie of my time on a very small minnow from the marina called a "Rosie". The only problem was that I was fishing ultra light tackle and didn't get a good hook set and the fish threw the hook right at the net. I just wish I hadn't seen how big the fish was...I'll be looking for it a long time to come.

This is a Special Place. Whatever you do don’t come here unless you want total serenity. I really want the place for ourselves but that wouldn’t be fair. Give them a chance because this place is nice. We stayed while looking for a lake house and enjoyed our time immensely. Try Hits The Spot Barbecue too. You’ll be pleased.

Just made our first ever trip to Lake Palestine. We are frequent Whitney boaters, but with it flooded, needed another option. So glad we came, and worked with Jennifer who is a dream. Not kidding about waterfront!! Also enjoyed the 50 amp electric hook up. All things work better and not so scared to have two somethings on at the same time. Met other nice employees/residents during their evening stroll. A great place to visit.

We reserved a spot and once we arrived we realized that with our 42' camper we'd have a really hard time getting into our reserved spot, especially with the amount of rain and mud that the owners definitely could not help, so they graciously and quickly gave us another spot that worked out perfectly. They even stayed and helped guide me backing into the site with the substantial rain we've been having and the mud it caused. The spot we switched to ended up being an awesome site and actually much better in my opinion than the original one I reserved. They were very kind and helpful from our first contact, which they replied to very quickly, and at check-in, to the site switch as well. Jennifer even took the time to call later that evening to check on us and the new site. We have much appreciated our stay thus far with the site, the lake, the fishing, and I'm positive we will upon our departure as well.
